Sitting in a coveted location on one of the most admired harbour waterfronts in Cardigan Bay is Haulfan (trans: 'Sunny Place') - a comfortable family house that overlooks the fishing boats and pastel-painted houses of Georgian Aberaeron.
Haulfan sleeps up to 4 adults. There’s space to accommodate 2 additional children on request (making a total of 6 guests) – just let us know before booking. The house has three bedrooms and four bathrooms, including a ground-floor bunk room that’s ideal for children.
The living accommodation has been pushed to the first floor - so all three windows look out from the living room over the harbour, and a pair of large bedrooms (each en-suite) to the top floor. Downstairs has a snug and a large kitchen diner that leads to a sunny rear garden. There's also a ground-floor bunk bedroom with an adjacent shower room.
The kitchen is very nice, but you'll hardly have to use it here as two minutes walk will take you to a choice of foods - whether it's award-winning fine dining, good pub meals or some of the best fish and chips in Wales that you can enjoy on the harbour wall. There's also the famous honey ice-cream cafe just yards from the front door. The pebble beach is at the top of your street, or take a spin out to sandier shores that stretch down the coast to Cardigan.

In Detail
The house has central heating and wifi.
Haulfan has been renovated to open up the space and provide 'upside-down' living to maximise the harbour views. The house has been painted throughout with Ty Mawr natural paints. The art in the house is mostly Welsh, and the owner's collection is described in the welcome folder.
Haulfan is a special house and has been lovingly furnished.

- Kitchen diner - dishwasher, Rangemaster oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, radio, American fridge, Nespresso machine, antique cutlery. The splashback is cut from the slate of an old snooker table from Cardigan.
- Dining area with local antiques (the chairs from a local chapel). Czech antique bench.
- Bunk room - a bunkbed room to the rear of the house
- Shower Room - immediately adjacent to the bunk room
