There are 2 extra double rooms (en suite) available in the Old Stables only 100 yards from the main house - therefore the property will now sleep 22 guests. One of these rooms is suitable for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility, with a specially adapted wet room next door fitted with a shower, washbasin and W.C. 

Kitchen:

• Large farmhouse kitchen and adjoining pantry: industrial sized gas oven with 6 gas hobs; microwave; toaster; three sinks; large fridge; chest freezer; herbs, spices, tea, coffee, cooking oil, and a wide range of cookbooks; mixer; scales; all the kitchen essentials you would need, as it’s an operating kitchen at the writing centre during residential courses. 

Literature Lounge:

• With two wingback leather armchairs, and a modern library collection

Dining room:

•  Seats 20 around solid oak tables, features original 16^th century timber wall, leading out to the garden and a small sheltered seating area.

Conservatory:

•  Spread across 4 floors: with seating area and patio doors opening out to the garden. The access lift is also situated here.

The Lloyd George Library and sitting room: Featuring an original collection of Welsh literature; photos of Lloyd George’s time here, 4 comfy sofas and 2 armchairs; cushioned window seats overlooking the garden and on to Cardigan Bay; plush carpets; two original chandeliers; a 40inch TV screen with DVD player and a HDMI cable (not connected to terrestrial TV).

• Large en suite bedroom: formerly occupied by David Lloyd George's wife Frances. Includes king sized bed; plush carpets; bedside cabinets; wardrobes; desks; armchairs; Bathroom with basin, loo and a shower. Room for a travel cot if needed. One extra put-up bed can be placed in this bedroom.

• Large triple room: formerly the housekeepers’ quarters. One double bed and one single bed, with pull-out bed below. With an en suite with a loo, basin and shower; wardrobe and bedside tables. This bedroom can accommodate 4 guests.

The Old Stables

There are two further (recently renovated) rooms in the old stables which provides extra satalite accomodation on site if needed (only 100 yards from the main house) they have a private veranda and views over the lovely gardens towards the sea these comprise of the following:-

• Stable 1: Modern double bedroom with en suite - Double bed, bath with shower over, a loo, basin and tea station 
• Stable 2: Modern double bedroom with en suite - Double bed, with shower room, a loo, basin and tea station 

Outside

• Parking space for 10+ cars
• Large lawn area with plenty of garden wooden chairs, benches and picnic tables
• Bird houses that regularly attract woodpeckers, jays, and other notable birds
• Pathway leading down through a field to the main road, and onwards to the beach
• Views of Cardigan Bay
